
Robinhood brought us in to document their multi-day HOOD Summit in Las Vegas, with a goal to produce stunning, high-quality visual assets that could be used across internal and external platforms. These assets needed to reflect the energy of the event, showcase their new product offerings, and help inspire future attendance.

Robinhood needed complete coverage of a fast-paced, high-profile summit while delivering polished photo and video assets on an extremely tight timeline, with much of the content planned for real-time use across social channels and internal announcements. Solving this mattered because timely, high-quality visuals were essential to maintain event momentum and amplify product launches and key moments internally and externally while the experience was still fresh.


Over the course of three days, our team delivered full-scale media coverage for Robinhood, capturing keynote speeches, breakout sessions, product demos, and the authentic moments that defined the summit. To meet the tight timeline, we built an on-site post-production workflow that allowed us to edit and deliver finished photo and video assets the same day, without sacrificing quality.
What set the production apart was our ability to move fast while maintaining a high creative standard. Photographers and editors worked side by side throughout the event, enabling real-time collaboration and same-day delivery of strategically designed visuals that met immediate needs and supported ongoing announcements.
