About Our Space
STUDIO (112) is our multi-level unit and features walls that have been covered in state of the art sound proofing panels which makes it the perfect space for any video/photo production where sound is important. Space also comes with a state of the art sound booth for recording or to simply get some privacy while taking calls. Finally, the private outdoor garden is great for gathering.
Our space includes: A private green back patio area, full kitchen, coffee maker, (2) bathrooms, full shower, easy access loading dock, blackout curtains, and smart lighting.
There’s plenty of free & safe parking in front AND adjacent to our building.
Hungry? Great! We is very close to a number of great dining spots to walk to. Ordering in? Even better! It’s a quick delivery from any of your favorite meal delivery services.
Lighting, backdrops, and special equipment available for rent upon request.
